TERMS OF SERVICE:

By purchasing anything from this website, you (the consumer) agrees to the terms mentioned below:

  1. You understand and will comply to all local, state, and federal laws of which relate to the product(s) you purchase.

  2. You assume all risks affiliated with owning and using the product(s). Tinguchi LLC/Jimpy Designs hold NO responsibility for your actions.

  3. You agree that you are at least 18 years of age.

  4. Jimpy Designs, or any affiliated entities/individuals, shall in no event be held accountable/legally liable for damages regardless of intent. You, as the consumer, are responsible for knowing and abiding to all of your local and federal laws when purchasing from this website/owning the products of which you purchased.

WARRANTY:

Even though I strive for perfection in everything that I offer, I am only human. Therefore, perfection is unobtainable. As much as I would love to make every one of my customers and supporters 100% satisfied, it’s impossible. With this said, if I can assist you in repairing/servicing a product you purchased from me, I will do my best as long as it meets the criteria mentioned below:

  1. If the product in question has been damaged/become defective as a result of user error, neglect, failed modification/maintenance attempts, and/or misuse, I am unable to service your product. Products in need of service due to normal wear will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Certain repair needs may not be available for reasons including a depletion of components which will not be restocked and/or the lack of capacity to complete the requested service.

  2. If the product is damaged/defective directly from my shop, I will replace the item in question. Again, I put a lot of attention into ensuring each product is functional and demonstrates exceptional quality before shipping, but I am not perfect. Accidents happen! I will take full accountability for any mistakes I may make as long as you, the consumer, reciprocates that accountability.

  3. If the product can be disassembled, I would not recommend doing so unless you know how to do so properly. As mentioned above, any failed modifications/maintenance attempts void the warranty. I simply do not have the time to fix your mistakes. The warranty is here to allow me to fix my mistakes!

SHIPPING:

All items purchased from Tinguchi LLC/Jimpy Designs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. A shipment contract states that my duties as a seller have been completed once an order has been delivered to the carrier chosen by the buyer. By completing a purchase from this site, you are agreeing that the risk of loss, damage, theft, or other delivery related errors caused by the carrier passes on to you (the buyer) once the package has been delivered to the designated carrier by the seller. Shipment contracts are bound to and apply for all purchased items. I do not offer refunds, replacements, or any other form of compensation for lost, damaged, or stolen items purchased from my site once the package has been handed off to the delivery service. If you experience any mishaps with the delivery carrier of choice, please contact them to rectify the situation. If you need any information regarding your shipment, I am more than happy to provide that for you.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales made through my site are final. I do not accept refunds unless one of the following criteria are met:

  1. The item you received was not as described in the product listing.

  2. The incorrect item was shipped to you.

  3. The product is defective and was not otherwise noted in the product listing.
